MessageWe are sad to hear about the passing of Lynn. I had the opportunity to serve with Lynn on the TENA Board of Directors for many years. Lynn was always a hard worker and took on many task that most of us would not commit to do. Lynn will be missed by all. My thoughts and prayer are with the family and friends. My God comfort you during the time of loss.

MessageI too, graduated Stratford High with Lynn. Our last two years there, we worked together in forensics and theatre arts. She was always a joy to be around, that's something that never changed about her.

It had been my pleasure to be included on the Stratford High reunion committee, and to attend our periodic dinner meetings. Every time we got together, we would laugh and talk about the old days so much, it was always like a mini-reunion. Her tireless efforts, dedication and leadership will be sorely missed. She was indeed, the heart and soul of the reunion committee.

I hope that we can make our upcoming 35th reunion, a fitting tribute to her memory. She meant so much to so many.

We love you and miss you, Lynn.

MessageHaving read the previous listings I am even more proud of my friend, Lynn. I was fortunate to have graduated from high school with her as well as worked with her in the old radio room prior to becoming an officer. Many years ago as a young patrol officer I was involved in a situation that nearly took my life. I was scared and I honestly thought this was it! However on the other end of that old Motorola console radio was my old high school buddy Lynn. She was calm and she kept me focused. Her constant message to me was that I would be alright and help was on the way. The only advice I would give to any 911 operator who reads this is. Do as Lynn did for me. Your voice may be the last voice that officer may ever hear. Also your voice may be just enough that causes that officer to hang on just a little bit longer till help gets there.

MessageI graduated with Lynn from Stratford High School in 1972. I really didn't know her then, other from the fact that she was Chief Joe Casey's daughter and Mike's sister. I really didn't get to know her well until she called and came to visit me to make me aware that she was organizing a 25th Class Reunion. Lynn was relentless in finding and contacting fellow classmates, during that time we shared many stories and laughed a lot. Not only did Lynn sucessfuly bring many of us together for our 25th, she also arranged our 30th and was in the process of finalizing our 35th that is to take place in June. That reunion will have special meaning and I am sure will be in remeberance of Lynn Casey.

MessageAs the Chief of the ECC, please let me first express my sincere gratitude to all who have posted. You have no idea how conforting knowing our peers and friends are there for us has been to the family and all of at the Communications Center.

Lynn loved this business and she loved all of you. I don't doubt that every stray feline in heaven now has a home. I also know that she will be waiting with blue grass music and open arms for all who have taken the calls and worked the radios.

May her passion and caring never be forgotten and may we always remember that big laugh and the willingness to go the extra mile.

Lynn, it was a pleasure to take a pie in the face for a good cause. Especially since you were sitting right there taking one too and laughing up a storm!

Your kindness will never be forgotten. Be at peace.
