MessageMy agency would like to extend our thoughts and prayers in this time of great loss to your family. We all suffer anytime 9-1-1 loses a great person. Please remember that although our pain is great, her pain is gone and she is in a much better place than we are.

MessageI worked with Lynn on the TN Emergency Number Association Board as the assistant to Ike Lowry. I only had the pleasure of knowing her a short while before she retired from the Board. In that time I got to know her she was a very sweet, intelligent and had working lady. She will be missed very much. Our prayers go out to you. May God Bless You in these times of sorrow.

MessageHer time and energy spent with NENA/APCO and Nashville Metro Communications was her life.

Knowing her and working with her for just a few short years was truly a blessing. I will miss her good nature and caring spirit.

My prayers and thoughts go out to her family as she is now in the arms of the Great One!

MessageLynn was a very sweet lady that I enjoyed knowing. She loved 911 and worked hard to help Tennessee. I will always have wonderful memories of her and sad that I won't see her face again, but happy that she can pick her fiddle in heaven.

May God Bless.

MessageLynn was wonderful. When I was in public safety in TN, Lynn was one of our "GO TO" people. Professionally she was great.

She was also a friend. I had gotten out of touch with her in the past few years, and now I regret it terribly.

She will be missed.

MessageI had the privilege of knowing Lynn for 15 years, and working with her to help advance the 911 profession in Tennessee. She was a bundle of many things, including energy, determination, creativity, and love. I know about her animals, too! We fought together for the things we considered important, and sometimes almost cried together when we fell short of our goals. But Lynn was always the first to get up and begin moving forward, again.

One of my favorite moments was at the annual state 911 conference (TENA), when Lynn was completing her service as President. Following the dinner banquet, there was a fun-filled karaoke session, during which we sang to Lynn, down on our knees, the old Righteous Brothers hit, 'You've Lost That Loving Feeling.' She laughed until tears filled her eyes, and all knew that Lynn always had feelings of love for her friends.

She was most dedicated to advancing the professional status of the men & women whom we depend upon each day to answer the thousands of 911 calls. That was her passion and she did much to enhance their advancement in Tennessee and was part of larger national effort, too.

We knew she struggled with her health condition in later years, but she wasn't a whiner or complainer. Now, she rests in the arms of the Lord she beseeched. I can still that beautiful smile radiating across her face, and it sustains me, as will her memory uplift all who had the honor of walking with her during her time among us.

MessageThe TENA family has lost a great member,as have all of us in Emergency Communications. Lynn's contribution was invaluable in the formation of the TECB and her tireless work at both the state and national level. Condolences to the Casey family.
