| Message | Hi ebbingnight! what a wonderful surprise to hear from while i'm away. I am working on a way to make the pictures available here on the tawarwaith site. oh yes, Feud is so dark it takes great effort to jump back into it. I think i have found a means to salvage him in Feud, which is much harder than redeeming him in Aearlinn,where he's just a kind of stuck-up smart ass more than anything else. Feud is so complicated and what Elrond has done is so wholly vindictive and calculating, cruelly so, that i have to dig deep to make myself even want to save him! i don't know how far into it you are so i won't say what's happening, but there is a breakthrough in the later chapters,two actually. everyone hopes this tale will have a happy ending and i am really trying to do it. once Aearlinn is done, back into feud so it can be finished. thank you for those good wishes, it's nice to be missed  |

| Message | Lynda: I agree these two need to talk openly. too much trying to protect one another from what they think will be hurtful. you must be psychic becaue the chapter i'm working on has Arwen saying almost the same things about Legolas  She left Imladris without being told about the babe and is plenty mad. He did apologise but definitely still feels guilty about it. |

| Message | Well this last chapter was interesting, a little weird but interesting! Following on from my last comment, I think they both need to learn to talk to each other and listen to what is said not just hear what they want to hear. I think in some way Legolas needs to apologise to Elrond for conceiving with out asking first, the creation of life is a two way street and something that both parties need to agree on, Legolas has taken that decision out of Elronds hands. When he becomes pregnant with the Twin's child and I know he will have their child, he does love them after all, it will be a decision that they all three come to, not just Legolas having a touch of empty nest syndrom! | Message | I am so glad this weird chapter went over well with you guys Stef: Yes, that is how I had it playing out in my mind too, so I'm pleased it did make sense to you, too. I also agree the two lovers are much closer emotionally now. Elrond has revealed real flaws, honest fears, anger that arises from his both his love for Legolas and his insecurities; he has experienced true grief and the onset of fading, and openly expressed al this to Legolas, letting him know how deeply he needs and depends upon him. All of this is much what Legolas had been showing us throughout. In this way at least they are now equals and respect one another as such.So yes, their union after this was a far more binding experience, but yes there will be a ceremony, too  Tanya: What wonderful words of praise  Thank you very very much. You speak truer words than maybe you know: I live my whole life this way, seeing it from an external perspective at the same time I am living it. It is strange but this is how my mind works. It took a long time for me to understand that others don't do this, and it seems I can at last put it to good use. So happy you feel at home in the little Tolkien AU I've cobbled together here. |

| Message | what a chapter! and what a nightmare for Elrond (you were really upset with him!) i think only the first part of it was a dream, partly prophetic, just like elrohir's in one of the first chapters, than from legolas intervention and his heated exchange with his parents reality: i'm thrilled because i think they truly married in that pavillon! but alas both families and people deserve a nuptial feast and so i think we will also see the cerimonial part in the next pages.. |
