| Message | hi Anfalas thank you and so glad you enjoyed this chapter. Legolas got a little revenge on both men for being forced to go (almost) naked all the time. yes, lots of things to figure out and it is now time to do that, since we have a coherent Legolas now. thank you so much for the great feedback ![]() |

| Message | Wind and Tide!!! I really love this story. And it's still awkward to imagine poor Legolas (almost) naked all the time. But the best thing was Aragorn's "dream" and his understanding that he might have been overheard by the Rohirrim. There are still so many questions: was it a dream, what happened to Legolas, who are the real horse-slavers, when will Aragorn learn about the giving of light...? Can't wait for the next chapter! |

| Message | Hi Landruillin glad you enjoyed that and i am sorry about the cliff-hanger but the good news is I am working on updating both wind and tide and ranger's folly soon. when i do one, i do the other because they are the only A/L i've ever written and they are both gift fics, so i don't want to short change one friend by finishing one story first and all that. well, Elrohir is misguided, thinks he is doing something to help his brother, but he was not listening to Elladan at all. And I think it was Elrohir who first jumped to the conclusion about Legolas being a courtesan, too. so when all this hits the fan, so to speak, he is going to have a very angry twin. The answers will start coming along, i just wanted a chance to let Aragorn redeem himself with Legolas and for Elrohir to dig himself in even deeper. poor Elladan, he is in for a very rough time of it. so the big showdown is in the works and then we'll move into the next phase, the Wraiths and all that. thank you so much for your kind compliments and feedback ![]() |

| Message | hi betheliza oh i am glad you like the stories and it is always nice to know someone rec'd me and you are right on the money: the more recent stories are an attempt to give Legolas some happiness in his life. Feud is finally winding down, so it is occupying my thoughts a great deal, but i will continue updating the newer stories as i can. thanks for your kind words and compliments ![]() |

| Message | Hi Landruilin thank you for all this great feed back i am glad you like the light-heartedness mixed throughout this tale, it keeps me feeling happier. like you, tragedy draws me but it can wear me out writing it.Selwyn and Aragorn both want to resolve the conflict peaceably, while Legolas just wants to get away from there. i promise there will be resolution and no one dies. ah, Aragorn's awakening is near, and his reaction might not be what Legolas expects and hopes. Arwen, if i put her in this story (which I won't) would be pleased to see Legolas hooked on Aragorn. She would be relieved to have a destiny she did not want removed from her soul. If she were here, she would be ambitious and cunning, more like Galadriel than Celebrian ever was, and she would be mated to Haldir, whom she would encourage to abandon Lorien with a host of Galadhrim. They would go to found a new elven colony near the sea of Rhun which she would rule. She might even try to take Nenya! So she would not think being the mortal Queen of Gondor worthy of her. as you see, she is very different here, even though she isn't even really here ![]() |
