| Message | Through several contacts I have learned about the Mariners' Memorial and want to commend all involved for their initative on this project. My uncle, Robert Gilliard was lost at sea on the General Gough in 1936-hence ny interest in this matter. My wife and I have already made arrangements to visit Grand Bank during Come Home Year to attend the unveiling of the Mariners' Memorial. Best of luck in your work. Much appreciated. |
