MessageHappy Valentine's Day, Precious Son. Eight years ago, when you first left for Alberta, you had flowers delivered to us for Valentine's Day...I kept the 'bird house' basket and now it is a treasure. Guess you have lots of angel friends to share this special day with...sure wish we could hear your whistle and your voice...miss you more than anyone can ever imagine. Take care and enjoy the day!
Lots of love forever, Mom & Dad

MessageJohn & Shirley,

I thought of Ryan today as I have many times over the past 4+ years. I have gone into Ryan's website quite often. I can't help but smile when I see his handsome face in the pictures. Ryan was a very charming young man! I pray to God that I will never have to deal with the loss of loosing a child, I can only imagine how much your heart must ache.

You are both in my thoughts more often then you know!

Sincerely,

Michelle Moulton

What a handsome young man. God only takes the best.
We have been there, we also lost a Son, Paul J Layman 25 years old. He was a Nurse in QEll Halifax NS.

MessageMerry Christmas From Heaven

I still hear the songs
I still see the lights
I still feel your love
On cold wintery nights

I still share your hopes
and all of your cares
I'll even remind you
to please say your prayers

I just want to tell you
you still make me proud
You stand head and shoulders
Above all the crowd

Keep trying each moment
to stay in his grace
I came here before you
to help set your place

You don't have to be
perfect all the time
He forgives you the slip
If you continue the climb

To my family & friends
please be thankful today
I'm still here beside you
In a new special way

I love you all dearly
now don't shed a tear
Cause I'm spending my Christmas
with Jesus this year

This is a poem and ornament that I bought the first year after Dan drowned for Christmas - thought I would share it with you for Ryan
Thinking of you all!!
Love Lori, Lorne & Riley

MessageI came across this site a while ago, and wanted to leave a message. I did not know Ryan well, as I was a couple of years ahead of him in school. He did go to Beavers with my brother, and they are in the picture together on the "younger years" page. What i remember most about Ryan is his smile. When I would pick my brother up from Beavers, Ryan was always smiling. My heart goes out to you. God Bless

MessageDearest Son,
Seems the fundraiser was a spectacular success...raised $5800 and this was the fifth time for your friends to get together in your memory. There will be a good many years to give out the scholarships considering what is raised each year...we are so proud of your friends! Thank you to all of them from us. We are sure you must have been with them for the evening.
It is so hard to comprehend what has happened...while we love that you are remembered by so many, we are saddened to realize the reason. One sweet day...give Clarence a hug for us today...we remember him and his wonderful smile...beautiful people taken too soon from the ones who love them so much.
Forever,
Mom and Dad
