MessageHeard your music purely by chance last night on the radio...something recorded in northern Michigan in 2006 with Danu. Never heard of you before, but I loved it all. I live in mid-Michigan, and am a jazz, blues, and R & B saxophone player...have been for 30 years...but I listen to alot of other stuff too including traditional Irish/Celtic music. Anyway, I loved your singing, playing, and all the rest of it. Glad to know that y'all are gettin' after it like you are. Now that I know who you all are, I'll keep my eyes and ears open for you and your group.......david smilie

Messagesaw you at the Piperlink show in St. Louis. Learned a lot about the pipes, of course, which was very nice and Tommy and Gay play so very well--but, you, dear, have the voice of an angel. Wish you would've sung a few more, especially since I fear you'll not be back in St. Louis for quite a while (hope I'm wrong on that). Bless you for coming, though. Outstanding.

MessageI saw you with PiperLink last night (03-Oct-08) in St. Louis. Excellent presentation. I purchased 'Daybreak' there and have spun it several times since. Very good. Good luck...hope to see you soon.

MessageI have always loved Celtic music and just learned of you a few weeks ago. This past week I received your CD, Daybreak. In a troulbed world full of sadness and pain music touches the spirt and caressed the soul. Celtc music has that power. I look forward to hearing more of your music and purchasing more of your CDs when they're available.
Sincerely

MessageHello Muireann,

I saw you the other night on the new Scottish TV Channel BBC Alba singing with Julie Fowlis. When I heard your voice I was mesmerised. I just love that song you sang, "Am Bairille". Beautiful.

Keep up the good work,

MessageMuireann,

I was in the audience the night of One Night Stand. Truly an incredible voice and an incredible talent. The hairs stood up on the back of my neck the whole night.
Love your stuff.
Come back to Ireland more often, please!
Niall.

MessageHello, Muireann,

We just received a glowing review of your Daybreak CD written by our friend and regular reviewer William Ramatour. That led me to a search for the CD on amazon and then to the pleasure of listening to clips from each track. To repeat one amazon reviewer - "A flawless alto indeed." From there, I then found your homepage.

We will be publishing the review on our website today. I hope it will generate some traffic and sales for you. Our site is irishcultureandcustoms. The welcome mat is always out.

Keep up the good work.

Slan agus beannacht,

Bridget
