| Message | Enjoyed your Strathmore show very much and hope you will return. It had been a long tour for you and the guys, but you put on a grand performance. The DC crowd seemed to appreciate your show very much. I laugh when I recall how I took your workshop at Augusta so I'd have something to do while Ruth was working on the whistle with Louise. Little did I know that it was going to open a whole new world for me. Thanks! Just last night, I was in Baltimore at the singing club, doing one of your songs, one of Frank Harte's, and one of Niamh's. | Message | Muireann - attended your concert with Danù in Albuquerque last night; I really enjoyed the range of music you presented. Would like to know where Danù will be this summer when I visit the UK and Ireland. On two prior visits the magic of Ireland is the pub music and pickup bands and singers. Promises myself I would learn a few Irish drinking songs before I go back - but it's a promise that might not be kept! |

| Message | Dear Muireann, I want to let you know how much I enjoy your Daybreak cd. I am an Irish American trying to learn the Irish language. The first time I heard the song Seoitin Seotho it touched my soul in such a way I couldn't stop listening to it . I memorized all the words and then translated it into English. I did the same with Slan le Maigh. I have learned that I love sean nos music and find there is something in the music that reaches deep into my heart. I hope to see more cds from you in the future. Thank you for opening the door of Irish Traditional and Folk Music to me. I will be enjoying it for the rest of my life.Go raibh mile maith agat, Anne Marie Dolan |
