MessageGary Teale let me know about Tom McKelvie when I was abroad on holiday (from which I have just returned). He did let the PRA know and also contacted the family about any funeral arrangements. They said that they would let him know but unfortunately didn't.
I notice on the website that Allen Burgess let JJ Wilson know about the arrangements some days before.
As has been said on many AGMs, in circumstances like this, can whoever finds out actually contact myself, the Secretary or a member of the committee to check if we know, rather than just put a post on the website. We can then take the appropriate action.
My condolences go to the family and I hope that the funeral went as well as it could.
Another character gone.

MessageI have just received the funeral details of Tom McKelvie from Allan Burgess they are as follows:
Wed 27 Aug, a service in the Co-op Funeral Home, Falkirk FK1 1RQ starting at 14.30hrs, then to Grand Sable Old Cemetery at 15.30hrs for interment.
Dress code as usual for this sad occasion.
