Bob Jarret died last night of Pneumonia in hospital.
Further details to follow.

Would you please keep this amongst his friends, not post it on facebook for at least another 24 hrs, to give his family time.

MessageBookings for the Reunion have reached the stage where we will soon have to tell the hotel our numbers and they will then offer any unallocated rooms to the general public - so if you haven't booked but hope to attend then you need to spark!
In view of this, the committee has decided that members can now bring guests, if they so wish - book through Dave Dyson, as usual.

MessageVisited Joe 90 last Sunday. He had an operation on his neck and is back home and in good shape. Bit of weakness in his right hand which he is doing physio for. He managed to drag me to the British Legion for a Sunday Dinnertime drink followed by the same in the evening. The Hotplate is doing well. If you in the Edlington area(near Doncaster), I am sure he would be glad to see you.

Been liaising with the hotel and it would appear that there are a lot of enquiries for bookings from the public for our weekend. We will in all likelihood have to give a FINAL booking list by the end of this month. If you don't make a decision to attend soon - that may well be it!

MessageHad a phone call from Joe 90's wife yesterday reference Joe. He had a stroke last weekend at work and is in hospital at the moment. He has lost some mobility in his left arm but should improve. He is due an operation soon. I will keep everyone updated as I get further information. Once he is out of hospital I dare say he would be glad of a visit.
