I have just received a letter from the battalion RSM inviting the club to hold our Reunion in the WOs and Sgts Mess at Merville Barracks, Colchester on Saturday 20 March 2010.
So there is the date. Start aiming off!
Details will obviously follow in due course.

He also enquired about the problem of visiting the new Museum at Duxford, that was brought up at the AGM. The score is that organised parties of 10 or over from the PRA will be allowed in free, if pre-booked with the curator (tel: 01223 839909). Smaller groups will get in at half price (£7.50) but are requested to wear regimental tie or blazer. Unfortunately, it looks like casual visitors are treated as normal members of the public.

MessageI have just been informed that 3 Para beat 2 Lancs (the old Kings) 5-4 in the Army Boxing Championships by all accounts it was a hard won contest and a great night - it would have been nice to have been there!
I thought that you would all like to know.
