MessageRE HAVING AN EARLIER AGM MEETING

Gents,

Each year there is a proportion of the club members who are unable to make the complete weekend through work commitments etc and travel on the saturday - despite having to cough up for the full weekend. On a couple of previous reunions Iv'e had to work a friday night shift, grab a couple of hours kip saturday morn then travel to the event.Judging by the number of late arrivals I certainly was'nt alone.
Are all the club members who have booked or intend turning up going to be able to make an earlier AGM meeting?
Apreciate that not all are arsed about sitting down and voting on club matters or having their opinions heard, but what about those that are and with the best will in the world cannot make it until later on the saturday?

Over to the commitee.

Regards to all Paul OC

MessageThe headshed will review AGM time, but surely those of you who have not booked should confirm your attendance first.
