| Message | I was sleeping when it happened. Mama came and woke me up and told me to go to the living room. I went there and the TV was turned on to news. My parents rarely have the TV tuned to news expect when something serious was happening. So I watched for few minutes and realized airplanes was crashing some buildings in New York. I didn't know it was Twin Towers till afterwards. There wasn't closed captions on the news at the time, so I went to Mama, I was wide awake now, and asked her what was going on. I was told that we were under attack and that we needed to pray, so Wayne, Jarvis, and I gathered around Mama on our knees and prayed for our nation, for the people inside the towers and people who will have some loved ones dead from the attack. I remember it was long prayer. |

| Message | I got a call from Theresa right after the first plane crashed. I turned on the TV and started watching. When the second plane crashed I woke Thor. One maybe an accident but 2 - no way. We spent the day watching TV. I wept from the horror of it all. I will never forget. I have held my breath waiting for the next attack on American soil. It has never come. Praise God and our courageous military!  Thank you Andrew!  Ann Coulter's column was great! |

| Message | I was at work at WebMD. It was a very eerie feeling, because the world trade center was two twin towers - and my office at WebMD was in one of 2 twin towers (although only 25 stories high), and we were on the top floor. They just sent everyone home, and I went home and was glued to the television for the entire rest of the day. What's amazing is the idiots in this country who don't have a clue. We were having a "memorial service" in the lobby of my office building this morning - complete with color guard and firemen and police officers. Some guy came walking through the lobby and stopped by me and asked; "What's the big deal? What's going on?" When I told him, he just said; "Oh" and walked off toward the elevators. I felt like kicking him! Yes, Ann's article was very good today.  |

| Message | I was sick in the bed and my wife came in and told me that an airplane had crashed into the World Trade Center. I grumped out some comment and rolled over. A few minutes later she came back and said another one had crashed into the World Trade Center. I sat up in bed and said, "That is no accident." I moved to the couch in front of the TV and stayed there the next three days. When are people going to understand the Muslim cult of death? They can not be reaonsed with. They can not be bargained with. They have to be hunted down and killed, or they will continue to try to kill us. Not all Muslims, just the ones in the death denomination of Islam. |

| Message | I was at my Mom's house, getting ready to drive back home to Indiana. I was 6 1/2 months pregnant with Joel and Dakota was about 18 months old. My dad called and said that a plane had crashed into the tower. Then he called back again and said another plane crashed. I left without looking at the news, knowing that I would have stayed!! It was the weirdest drive home that I had experienced. There were no planes in the air (they had put a stop to plane traffic) and there was no traffic at all. When I got home, I hugged my husband and cried for what had happened to our nation. We are still the best, greatest nation, even with all our flaws. Praise the Lord that there has not been a repeat!! |
