| Message | I never get offended when people don't politically agree with me. I was one of the ones that LIKED Palin at first and then she just raked my nerves there after. Matthew is right, she repeats herself a lot as if she can't speak off script and has been conditioned to say certain things. It's annoying and her voice and mannuerisms just bother me too. I'm 100% for Obama. I hardly think he exudes any part of the Muslim religion as people keep trying to say, but Pappy, when I look at McCain and Palin, I think of Hitler all the time. I've even journaled in my private journal about it. It seems they have a select group of people that they FAVOR and s-c-r-e-w the rest of us; believe as they do or you're just UNpratriotic or Wrong.  |

| Message | Glad you made it through the test...  I'm with you on Palin, not only does her voice get on my nerves, but she has about six canned lines she repeats over and over... I don't think it much matters though, I think Obama will win in a landslide... We'll soon see though... I'll just be glad when it's over, seems like this is the LONGEST election ever! I hate nights myself, when Carolyn was pregnant with Chance I worked the midnight shift at UPS and HATED every minute of it! At least it's temporary for Andy! |

| Message | I used to have to work nights at AT&T. I hated it. Some of the guys I worked with asked for that shift. They liked it because it was light when they were off work. Never made sense to me. You are right about Obama. He is a catastrophe looking for a place to happen, but McCain as president? Ugh. I guess Mussilini is better than Hitler. |

| Message | Charmaine - It would actually be not as big of a deal, for me anyway, if I didn't have to get up early with kids who go to school. But not only is Andy working nights, but his shifts are LONG... he's gone for about 14 hours... whereas when he works his regular job... he's gone for only 12 hours. lol. That two hours makes a difference!! Plus, I just sleep better at night when he's here. I'm actually more of a night owl too - my brain doesn't function well in the mornings, it never has. But I can't be on the late to bed, late to rise schedule that I want to be on because 1. I have kids in school and 2. Jacob gets up around 7:30 or 8 every morning. |

| Message | I'm sorry that having Andy work nights sucked for you. It didn't bother us what time Daddy works. We're kind of used to it. I think when he started working as a police officer that we got used to changing time. He'd work weird times, and we'd sometimes learn how to go along with it. Sometimes we even get to stay up late when he's out working so we'd sleep in late when he comes home and get the sleep he needed in the quiet. Sometimes I find myself doing my schoolwork at night. That's when I found out that my brain work better at night. It's more alert at night. That's when I discovered that I was a owl person than a morning person.  That's helpful when I realize I forget to get some lessons done, I'd dash to my schoolbooks and notebooks and do them quick right before I went to bed. It would only take me 15 minutes to get the entire lesson done, and there wasn't many mistakes.  Ever since, I've been an owl person and don't like mornings. |
