Even though I myself am not close with Daniel or his family, my brother Evan and my parents are. Daniel and the entire Mercer family give me inspiration even though I'm 2,000 miles away! | Message | I have been praying for Daniel everyday. I hope Daniel and his family are doing well. They know that St. Rose and FCHS are definitely praying. I read the article in the paper and about cried!  But Daniel is a great guy and with his energetic personality, he can do ANYTHING!!  |

If you end up in Memphis for any reason, we have made arrangements for you to stay as long or as much as you need with my wife's sister on their cotton farm 30 min from the Hospital. | Message | To the Mercer family, We live in Brownstown, our son Brandon took lessons from Jeff years ago. We read about Daniel in the star and have been calling and checking on his condition. Daniel and all of you remain in our prayers. We have made others aware and have put Daniel on prayer chains in Jackson county as well. Daniel has already proven that with God nothing is impossible.
