| Message | I just read the journal of Daniels trek through all of this. How touching. I felt like I was watching a movie. Peace and love to the entire family. Mom, you have done well. They say you never know how strong you are until a crisis is right at you. My heart goes out. |

Although we didn't know Daniel, from reading the article in the Star and the blog, it is obvious he was a very special person. It is impossible to imagine your loss. Your closeness to family and friends is touching and made me think of this quote, "Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy." | Message | I wish I could express how deeply saddened we are upon hearing of Daniel's passing. The Scecina Memorial HS family will pray for him as the pain as ceased and also, prayer for his family and friends who now face a tremendous void in their lives. I draw inspiration and motivation from the valiant fight he endured not to the end, but to the beginning of Daniel's new life with Christ. If I may, I will ask Msgr. Scheadel and Archbishop Daniel to remember Daniel at daily masses at the Catholic Center this week. God Bless Daniel, his family, friends and the Franklin HS community.
