Message	(received 5/11/05 from a member of our armed forces, reposted by webmaster): First off I must say you have the most complete, guide to bodybuilding that I have ever seen. I would definitely like to compete and it has been a goal of mine for some time now. I know I am not ready as of yet; however, hopefully you can provide me with some much needed advice to get on track. Thanks SrA Hutter, Banyon 506 ESFS/Alpha Sector

Message	(received on 5/17/05, reposted by webmaster) Jeff - Hello, I want to say thank you for the article on supplementation. By far this article was the easiest to understand in the OH SO CONFUSING world of supplementation. Anyway, I just want to say thank you for the easy understanding of the importance of certain supplements. Sincerely, Sandy Montaro Rochester, NY
