| Message | Hey Jeff, You have a great site. I found all the information given in the site extremely useful, especially the information about supplements, cardio and building mass. I'll be sure to come back to the site very often. With the information provided, I now have a better take on what to do for fat burning and building muscle. Thank you very much for introducing your site to me. See you around at the gym..... |

| Message | Hey, Jeff. I finally got the chance to sign your guess book. Once again thanks for all of your help and support. Its cool how you have the Air Force Song on your page along with a few of our fighter jets. I placed your website as one of my favorites and I will definitely keep in contact with you. Thanks for setting up the Air Force Air Mail milestone. I feel like I contributed a little bit to the site. Let me know if their's anything I can do to help you out from my standpoint. Thanks Again! | Message | Bro, I am here stationed overseas and just came across your website. I found your website actually indirectly while viewing articles you wrote for bodybuilding.com. I was not only impressed with your articles, your physique, and your website, but was VERY touched by two specific areas of your website: http://jeffbehar.com/airforce.html and http://jeffbehar.com/mailroommarine.html All I can say is WOW, and thank you!!! |

| Message | Jeff, You are a wonderful and special person. I continue to be amazed at how you find the time to be so giving of yourself, and yet accomplish all that you do in your personal and professional life. I am so glad we met, and I cherish our time spent together. Now.....I do not want to be a pest, and I know you are very busy, but remember my offer? Time is rapidly approaching, and I can not think of anyone else I would rather spend the time and expereicne with, so please try to see if you can take the time off. It will be sooooo fun! If anyone deserves to be pampered it is you!!!! Mabe this promise would help? I promise I will not kidnap you and keep you forever. ....Oh wait...my mom always told me to not make promise I can not keep. See ya soon sweetie! Tanya |
