| Message | Jeff, you've got a fantastic website that perfectly complements all that you are -- an incredibly intelligent guy with an incredibly awesome body. not only do i learn a lot at your site -- about training and about you -- but i'm continually inspired by your photos. who could ever get enough Jeff Behar pics? thanks for sharing so much of yourself with your fans, both about your life and your training. i don't know another bodybuilder who takes the time you do to connect with his fans -- to help them, advise them, and to be their inspiration. as i've told you many times, it's all you, Big Jeff! there's THE BEHAR, and then there's everybody else.... i'm your #1 FAN, i guarantee that. anyone who wants to take my place will have to fight me for it...lol! you've got the mind AND the muscle, and what could be a more perfect combination than that? that's right: JEFF BEHAR IS PERFECTION. |

I mean your loyalty and respect to the people who helped you get where you are!! Not a lot of bodybuilders like that these days!! I know that you are very busy sometimes but you still like to check in to see how everything is!! I have contacted NUMEROUS bodybuilders myself and you are about the ONLY one who takes the time to do that!! I thank you for shining some light on the dark but dreary corners of the bodybuilding world!! But aside from that!! Your pictures are wonderful and it made my day just to see them!! I love ya and I am endebted to you for as long as I live and I treasure our friendship!! If you need anything just let me know!! Call me sometimes too!! I will email you my number and I would love to hear from you!! I was just thinking about your physique and it still amazes me that you are so ideally proportioned and defined for your size!! If I saw you in real life, I would be floored because the muscle development can make you look bigger without being that tall!! LOL Well I cannot thank you enough for your thoughtful encouragement and condolences of my Uncles death. You will be blessed and I hope that one day we will meet up and it would be all the pleasure for me to see someone from the sport I have admired since I was 13!! Never really had bodybuilding friends and it makes it even more special to me!!
