MessageLike Rae said Billy was many different things to many different people. To me he was a brother. Even though he was getting older I still referred to him as little william as a nickname. I met Billy when he was 10 years old, and even then he had that great sneaky smile. You had no idea if he was gonna play a trick on you, or not. He grew up to be a very bright and caring young man, and I always knew Billy would do great things in life, and he did do great things even though his life was shortened. Like clockwork I could count on a knock at the front door around 11 o'clock everynight when he was in. He would have some story to tell me about what he and his friends had did. One story that sticks out in my mind was told to me by Britt's mom. She had a new car and couldn't find her car keys. She kept walking around the car and each time she did the doors would lock and the car would beep. This went on for quite a while and she had no idea what was happening. Come to find out Billy and Britt had her keys and was up in the graveyard, and each time she got by the drivers side door they would click the button to lock and set the car alarm. I laugh each time I tell that story. Thanks for all the work you have did on Billy's page Britt. It looks great....Those of you who knew Billy well, will enjoy this. This quote was taken from his MSN favorite quote...A good friend will bail you out of jail, your best friend will be sitting beside of you saying Man, that sh*t was awesome!

MessageI just want to start out by saying that I am very sorry for the loss of such a wonderful person. I knew Billy. I met him when I started 7th grade at LJH and then we graduated from JACHS together in 1998. I had many classes with him through the years. He had such a great sense of humor and always kept everyone laughing. I only seen him one time after we graduated. When I attended SECC, somehow he found out my e-mail address, and we started keeping in touch that way. That's when I found out that he had joined the military. He was such a brave and courages person. I did not get to attend the funeral services, because I didn't find out in time. I would have been there to pay my respects if I had known. He certainly deserves respect for being such a good friend and for fighting for our great country. He will be missed dearly and remembered always! smilie

MessageBilly was a great young man and the loss his famiely is dealing with I know is great, but one thing for sure, Billy as a kid, young man, and a solider has give is mother a great sence of pride.
Billy served his country because he felt that was his duity, In my oppion he was a true Hero, as Mary's son and a freedom fighter. He new his calling and took it to heart. all those who serve to protect us are Heros. Billy would also like all us to back our men and women serving and also for us all not to forget the (POW-MIA'S) he was a true hero. all those serving are dedicated to those serving-( their famiely away from home) and their famiely here at home. May god Bless our military. and thank god for young men Like Billy.
He and the Air force and other branches have more pride and heart than any of us could ever have.
I thank them greatly and I thank their famielys for allowing their children to protect us.
Thank you billy and I know you are still serving with your comrades from the heavens above.

MessageWhat a Wonderful Memorial Site.
My heart goes out to Billy's family. My son serves in the USAF, stationed in S.Korea. They are probably close to the same age, and may have known one another.
What a brave, courageous, dedicated young man.
God Bless All
