| Message | I first met Will through my husband Frank. He was a great friend from the moment I first met him. Frank loved having him over and throwing a couple back. One of my worst fears was when Frank, Will, and Nate G. would get together because there was no telling what crazy stuff they would do. We are just sorry that Will left about a month before our son Aidan was born, but daddy can't wait to tell Aidan about his buddy Will. We love you Will. Good-bye. |

| Message | I met Will shortly after arriving at Offutt in the summer of 03. In the short time that I knew him we became very close friends. After reading everyone elses input I cant really find the words to describe him. He was awesome. The best friend anybody could ask for and I dont let a day pass where I dont think about him and all the laughs we had together. To his family, I know you are very proud of him and miss him dearly. I am very sorry for your loss. Will--Nothing but sunshine and open roads bro, just try and save some of the track for the rest of us when we get there. We miss you man, thanks for everything. |

| Message | This guy was one cool cat! His open personality allowed me to feel comfortable around him. He is the one who made me coin the phrase Billy, Nooooooooo!. He made me laugh everytime I saw him and even in my drakest hours, there he was to tell me, Hey man, F*** them, who cares?!.  To Will's family and friends: I will miss him and my condolences go out to the loved ones he left behind. He will not be forgotten for we were all lucky to even know him at all. | Message | From one of the original members of C flight. Will was the best kid I ever knew. A mechanical wiz when it came to fine tuning my yz. A great beer drinker, and a dear friend who is truly missed by me and my children. I remember meeting up with him in kuwait, and having a good time when we spent time together, over there. I rember the e-mail I received from him after he got back stateside. 3 days before the accident. I remember when I heard the news, after getting some alone time to myself falling to my knees crying and saying a prayer. I remember what he said to me when I told him about my divorce. I am still living the party of life where you left off. Will you are truly missed by all, and one day we will join up again; having one for old times sake. The Tumor lives on! To his family I am here if anything you need just ask. We may not know each other but we have a common bond through the wonderment and beauty that was your son. |

| Message | Wow, were do I began Will was such a great guy. The first time I met him he invited me to his apartment because he was throwing a party. I didn't want to go because I was new just wanted to be left alone. But needless to say I went and almost everyone from C Flight was there. Being there was like begin with family. One house party that really stick out in my mind is the PJ party for those who were there it was one heck of a party  . Screen door went missing that night, great night don't remember much ha ha ha great party Will. My heart my thoughts and prayers are with you guys for I truly miss my family the original C Flight. As I look at the photo's I laugh I cry I remember the love that we have for each other we are just more than friends we are family. Will, I miss you and I love you thanks for all the laughs. |

| Message | I want to let Billy's family know that I am deeply sorry for your loss. I graduated for JACHS with Billy and I know that he was an outstanding guy. He was a great person to be around and I am really glad I got to know him. I am sure he will be missed by all who knew him.  |

| Message | Mary Ann...I think of you daily. I know how you love your children and grandchildren. Though I can say I know how it feels first hand to loose a child, I will never understand your pain. I can remember Billy being such an adorable little guy...and apparently he grew into a GREAT young man! I know you all are so proud of how he lived his life. He obviously touched everyone he met. Britt...You have done a wonderful justice to your friend. I know you did him proud. You made it possible for his family and other friends to come together to remember him. To know that you were able to be in touch one more time.......well, that is something special! |
