| Message | I had fun memories of working with Will on those long midshifts back in 99 - '03, before he changed shifts to work days early this past year. I can't remember a time where I stopped laughing from some crazy thing he did to make the time fly and have fun at work at the same time. Yes, patrolling the base with Bill was something each person would have to experience to know what he was like. Four words... Be prepared to laugh, because that's what he enjoyed making people do.
To his family...
Bill was an outstanding young man and you should be proud of the mark he left on those he knew and worked with. This loss still hits us all hard back here at Offutt. Thank you for letting us have the privilege of knowing him.
Will,
It seems strange knowing you're not around anymore... Things just are not the same and I don't really think I will ever get used to the fact that you're gone. It's hard to walk in the hallways at work and say wwweeeeeee, knowing not many people now will know what that meant.
You will be greatly missed as a friend and a coworker. Rest in peace!
