MessageMy prayers go out to all of Shane's family.

It has been such an honor to know Shane. I looked forward to attending family events with Shane. My two boys also looked forward to seeing and playing with Shane. He would always wrestle with them and talk to them about bull riding. Even in pain, Shane still would wrestle with them. That shows heart! Shane taught me that in adversity, to still rely on Christ. I am a better person for knowing him.

MessageI have been keeping up to date with Shane's journey through this site & although sad to know he is gone, relieved that he suffers no more & is in a better place. My husband met Shane while competing in the USA a few years ago & said he was "very inspiring".

To all Shane's family especially Chad - the time & care you gave Shane was awesome. He certainly knew he was loved here.
