| Message | Chad and family.So So sorry to hear of Shane's passing,but we all know he is in a better place-free of pain!That's all we can ask of God .You were such a kind and caring brother and you will be rewarded also.I never read or studied the scriptures until I started reading this website,when it all started.I know that when I lost my twin 2 years ago Shanes e-mails kept me going as I had him to worry about,that's my mission in life-I guess.I'm not going to tell you it get's easier as it doesn't but knowing you did ALL you could do helps.Give my sympathy to the rest of the family,and if there is anything I can do Please let me know. |

| Message | Drury Family- Thoughts and prayers are with you. Take comfort in each other and knowing Shane is in such a better place now. Shane taught this young nurse so many things. I learned its okay to cry with, to laugh with, to 'break the rules' for your patients. He will truly be missed, but my memories of Shane will last a lifetime. I was lucky to have known him.
