MessageHello to you all. Lovely to see the pictures of the Church. I miss it so much. The parish where I'm licensed now worships in a school. Not a patch on the beautiful St. Mary's. What a super idea this web site is and great for those who have lived, worked or done their teacher training there to be able to cxatch up with the village they new and loved. Rev Helen might like to know that I've just done 6 months chaplaincy work at RCH Treliske. Many blessings be upon you all and a very happy Christmas when it comes. My love to everyone. valerie & David.

MessageI was Christened in the church in 1988! I have many happy memories there, because my grandparents owned the Woodpeckers Hotel just down the road when I was growing up!

MessageMy great grandfather Jubal Moody worked at Fredville House as a carpenter and lived on Holt Street, I think the address was Yew Tree Cottage. I still had family there in the 1950's/1960's although I unfortunately do not remember them, my sister and other members of the family do. I have found the site facinating - it is wonderful to see the old photos. If anyone has any personal memories, or information regarding the Moody family I would love to hear it.

MessageEnjoyed visiting Nonington once again...wish I could go in person and see my Aunt Kath! Everyone in the newsroom was looking at my pictures of Nonington. The secretaries enjoyed the different spelling of certain words. Good Fun! Everyone take care & say hello to my Aunt. Kath. for me.

MessageHello to anyone who knew myself or Sandra whilst at Nonington CPE bteween 1968-71 (and an extra year for Sandra who did her B.Ed!)We have fond memories of Nonington and the village. When `in digs' I lived with the Hambrooks and I ofetn wonder if they are still alive. We have lived in Melbourne since 1975 and Sandra still remains in education, although only on a part time basis. Would love to hear from anyone who may rememebr us.
