MessageHi..I purchased an Ideal doll and was told she was Miss Marvel from 1979. I cannot find her anywhere online. She is 11 inches tall, short brown hair and brown boots.....sweet plain face. Can anyone help me identify her. Thanks...Sandie

MessageYour website is great. I just started my collection of thumbelina's and plan to pass them on to my granddaughter some day. I purchased most of them on Ebay. I recently purchased a In-a-minute Thumbelina but she didn't come with her highchair. I was wondering if you know of any good websites I could watch to see if they might have one for sale? Or where I might purchase one. I also bought a 1982 Thumbelina but her Ma-Ma voice doesn't work. It there a way of fixing her without destroying her value. Again thank you so much for such an informative website. I would very much appreciate any feed back.

MessageI enjoyed your website. How I miss my old Dawn dolls! Question: Did they ever come with plastic records - like 45's?

MessageI HAD A THUMBELINA BOUGHT FOR ME BACK IN 1967 FOR MY 6TH BIRTHDAY. i GOT SO MUCH JOY FROM HER.
Until I went to the park one day, with her intact in my doll's pram. I couldn't have left her for more than 5 minutes to go a swing and she was stolen from me. I have always felt a part of me is missing. Oh how I loved her so.

HELLO,
Thanks for sharing your doll colletion.
I was born around 1969 and the Dawn
doll was one of my first doll's.

I recently was out at a garage sale.
And I discovered an Dawn doll it had
been the first I'd seen since my childhood.
I started to purchase it even though it
was not really expencive.
And I stop myself thinking I was a thirty
somrthing year old wanting this doll.
Altough I didnt purchase it with regret.

I'm glad that someone else feels the same
and I'm not crazy after all..
