| Message | Hey thanks for all the help you have giving me, i would like it if you continued to help me out. You say on here that frutose is bad but 1 meal a day i usually eat a whole bag of strawberries and a yogurt which is 230 calories i do eat it with a good protein source though, i am hoping that this is ok and it wont hurt my bodybuilding.
