Just checking out the new pics on the site. They look great. I guess you had a lot of fun out in Vegas for the Mr. O. Hope all is going well and that you got your tooth fixed! Shannon just got done working on her first movie and they loved her. She might get to work on Rocky 6 when they start filming in a couple of months. I guess the school is going to pay off! MessageThe information here was very helpful and it really shattered a lot of myths and notions about diet and exercise that i had been carrying aroud.

MessageJeff, I have currently returned from Iraq and appreciated the advice that you gave me while I was their. I only had the opportunity to use the advice given for about two months; however I still gained about 10 lbs of lean muscle. I am back with my training partner and in full swing once again. Thanks for the advice and I will be in touch soon.
