| Message | Fantastic service throughout. Graeme takes ownership of a job and ensures you have an informed choice. His door installer has equal values in thoroughness and providing a quality service. The redeeming feature about Window Store is that at no point did I feel like I was in a 'showroom' with a salesman, it was a genuine bespoke service with a personal touch. I highly recommend. |

| Message | I had a window that was jammed and would not close/lock. I called up the store here in Kirkcaldy and Graham was able to provide excellent service over the phone. Within minutes I had my window closed and locking. Graham's customer service was very helpful and allowed me to fix my own window instead of calling for a repair man. He obviously didn't have to take the time to do so, however his great customer service and my level of satisfaction is what led me to write in this guestbook. Thanks for the help! |

| Message | We were looking for a new front door for our bungalow that had a high standard of security and of course beautiful looks and design, we are so glad we went to Window store in kirkcaldy , Graham the owner was a delight to deal with. We were told the door would be fitted on 6/12/13 and he was true to his word and the 2 guys that came to fit the door were fantastic, 2 craftsmen of the highest standard. | Message | From the time of our visit to the Windowstore showroom to the final tidy-up by the Fitters I knew we were dealing with a reliable and professional team. We've just had 10 windows fitted. In addition to being delighted with the product the installation was as fast and hassle free as it could have been. The solid wood surrounds look great and we chose to have a bespoke stained glass window on stair. Really nice job. We previously bought windows from Everest. They were expensive, poor quality and we had terrible customer service. By comparison Windowstore were excellent. I give them 10 out of 10 and unqualified recommendation. |

| Message | Graham visited us and quoted for two replacement windows. They were fitted by Willie and team who were very professional, polite and friendly. The style Graham recommended looks great, in keeping with the property. We will be recommending Window-Store in the future. PS While Graham was advising us he also recommended another glassier for work he did not specialise in, that worked out well also, thank you. |
