Would gladly recommend them to anyone. Alot better than Everest and the rest. They show up on time and take the time to explain the benefits of their products. | Message | If you are shopping around you must include the window store as i had four companies in my home and three were more expensive and one was cheaper had job done and brilliant had a wee snag a week after and it was sorted next day the attitude is spot on with this company an example, informal but professional. | Message | Just had a fantastic service from Window Store. We selected a timber sash & case window which looks superb. The fitting was carried out on time by 2 very professional joiners, Willie & Kevin. Kevin was absolutely excellent, a very pleasant young man with a very consumer focused attitude, a delight to have working on our home! All in all we are delighted and are now considering having further windows installed. |

| Message | All Window companies are not created equal, they all shine when everything is going well for them, however the true measure a company is how well they react and deal with any issues should they arise. There was a manufacturing fault with one of my window frames,causing slight splitting at a join. A call to Graham, and within minutes a new one was ordered up and i had a date for a replacement, now that's service that can't be beaten, every company has minor problems from time to time, it's how they deal with it that sets them apart and Window store puts the customer first, i can now guarantee it ! The owner Graeme measured up and sent me a text of a very reasonable estimate within 90 mins, this was followed by a full quote via email that eve. After agreeing to have the work done, the joiners turned up on the given date. We couldn't fault their work and during the three and a bit days here always cleaned up after themselves. We would have no hesitation in recommending Graeme and his team from the Window store Kirkcaldy. |

I was very impressed with the quality of the work.The team were punctual,professional, and left the flat very tidy. | Message | We have never seen our 84 year old wee Mammy happier than when we drove round the corner and she saw her new windows for the first time. She was over the moon and was trying to get me to kiss the workmen on her behalf - they, very professionally, said that was not necessary! We immediately noticed the house being warmer and Mum feels safer having windows that lock properly. | Message | We had one of Window store's Aberdeen Doors and side panels fitted last week. We are absolutely delighted with both the door and the standard of workmanship. We had looked at a large number of doors and door suppliers and Window Store was the one which offered the best design, quality and price. We could not be more pleased with this business, from our initial contact at the premises with the owner to the completion of the job and the professional way that every stage was handled. Willie and his assistant were great. They had the old door out and the new one installed very quickly. There was not a mark anywhere. A beautiful job, we are very pleased that we chose this firm. |
