| Message | Very pleased with the Window Store. Had no nonsense pre sales advice from the boss, followed by first class workmanship from Willie and Stuart who are a credit to the company. They installed two large windows and a new front door in one day. Really pleased with the work done - our house stands out from the rest. I was one of his first customers when he first started out and when I moved once again I did not hesitate to go back to window store. I have nothing but good things to say and in fact have recommended them to family and friends alike and they have all said a big thanks for letting them know about window store. My mum has had her windows from them and now my grandparents. They get a 10 plus for their excellent customer service.  |

I have to say that Graeme and his window fitters provided a first service from the initial enquiry to the advice given during a visit to the extensive showroom, finishing with the fitting and after sales service. Nothing has been too much trouble and I would be happy to recommend the Window Store to other prospective customers. |

| Message | Just had 8 windows & a door supplied & installed. Before selecting Window Store we reviewed 8 companies in and around Fife. When we looked at Window Store initially, it became very clear to us that there was something a bit different about this one. As it turned out we contacted Graeme to come along and provide a quote which he did. Right from the outset it was clear that Graeme knew exactly what he was talking about and simply inspired a great deal of confidence in his companies ability to deliver an excellent product and perform the installation. As a result of his visit and very quick quote we accepted and arranged a date for the installation. Window Store's expertise and professionalism ensured everything was planned and executed perfectly. The installers (Wullie & Stuart) were exceptional in their work, attitude and could not be faulted in any way. We have dealt with many companies over the years and we can truly say that Window Store is certainly one of the best, if not the best. To anyone considering windows or doors don't overlook this company. In fact I would say to anyone, that you don't need to look anywhere else. In Summary this company handles the entire process perfectly. Prices are very competitive. Quality of doors & windows are excellent. The workmanship is exceptional. | Message | FANTASTIC!!!!!!! What can I say about Window Store.....absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Just had 11 windows and 2 doors fitted over 3 days. Graeme - lovely guy, very knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating....will do anything to please. Wullie & Stuart who fit the windows are just fab.......workmanship very professional and articulate. Completed the work quicker than anticipated, considering they were out in the pouring rain for 2 days and never moaned or complained once. Fittings and finishings absolutely immaculate. They leave no mess and clean up behind them, even sweep your path. Can't stop smiling, transformed my house, worth every penny From start to finish......Graham, Wullie and Stuart are a credit to their profession!!! WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Thank you for making me a happy woman.  |

| Message | What can I say !!! Those guys at window store really look after you . To start Grahame ( the boss) he is the man , he sourced the windows and doors that we wanted right down to the fancy frills that we exactly wanted , the fitters Willie and Stuart , prompt and polite , good at their job first class , and even swept up the pavement cause of the saw dust ( what can I say ). Overall , extremely happy with the full package and the windows and doors we have now really change our house ( considering its blue .thanks to all the team at window store 5 *****. If anyone asks me about value for money and quality windows and doors then I will highly recommend Window store. Thanks again .  |

| Message | As previousy stated we had a new back door fitted earlier on in the year and were so impressed we said we would eventually have a new front door too. Well i am pleased to say our new front door was fitted earlier this week.Graeme and co have done it again!The product is stunning fitted in around 2 hours with the same great workmanship as before.So professional and extremely tidy!As well as all this the prices are very competative and i can assure you i will be happy to recommend Window store to anyone. | Message | We have had 12 windows and 2 doors replaced and are delighted with the result. From Graeme's first visit to Wullie and Stuart's departure after only 4 days work everything went smoothly. Graeme did an excellent job of advising us and was very patient when we changed our minds a couple of times. Wullie and Stuart worked hard, helped us by moving furniture, and never left at the end of the day without doing a thorough clean up outside and in. I have to admit I was not looking forward to the upheaval of the installation but everything went to plan and was much easier than I thought it would be and that was down to Graeme and his excellent workforce.
