MessageHiPaul. We could have been worried over your tum-bug problem, but knew that Iron Men brush such trivia aside, and you did. Fantastic - we are so proud of your demonstration of SPENCER ' True Grit. Still in fourth overall too. Keep it up, and your chin. God Bless. Gramps and Nana

MessageI spend so much time on this website only just realised have not actually left a message. Just to say congratulations on everything so far - am enjoying reading yours (and everyone elses) accounts of the trip.

Bloody amazing what your doing - I (like marie) spurned on by your achievements now cycle the 0.9 miles to work every day... its not quite America or Africa but its a start!

Keep going big bro. xx

MessageJust re-read my posting and realise I may have implied that you are selling trinkets by the roadside rather than burning up the tarmac. I meant to say pedalling rather than peddling. Mind you if the opportunity presents itself....!!

MessageHey Paul. The entire family is watching your progress with a mixture of disbelief and admiration. It is impossible to imagine what you are putting yourself through, even though it is described in graphic detail. It has almost made me dust off my bike and go on a ride along the sea front - but not quite. It is still a bit cold, wet and windy, conditions you would probably relish just now. Keep smiling, keep peddling and keep your pecker up (!)

MessageJust realised I haven't written my win congratulations for your 3 the other day!! So Congratulations!!

Hope you're feeling better - can't imagine cycling whilst not feeling good and in heat too.

You'll be pleased to know Mum and Dad bought me a bike for my birthday and I have already managed between 15 and 20 miles over a few trips. I know pittance compared to you, but good for your lazy sister!!
