MessageNow then big brother - no messages from me to be sensible - we all know its our not style but look after your self - you know your bodies limits more than anyone.

We will be there as a spensational family at the finish line to see you finish your epic adventure.

MessageHi Paul - Went to school with your dad in Ripon. We probably met at their 25the wedding do.
Found this via your mum's facebook account. I hope you broke the news of the malaria to her gently, she WILL be worried. Try and look after yourself and take the advice of mum and dad. Good luck for the rest of the race!

MessageThrilled with your Meltdown Madness section win but moreso with your continued fitness and safety.
Glad your 'madness' has been made official. Does that mean that the Endurance Athletes community as a whole, qualify? Have a a great 3 days rest and unique sight seeing. God Bless.
