They've been consulting with us on how best to implement the Original Green since the beginning, and I'm highly optimistic that they'll become a world-class model of how to get it right. | Message | Steve, thank you for your work of rediscovering these truths. One question...In the Serviceablity section, you mention the challenge of affordable housing. Could it be that future TND's should have a dedicated lot type OR an area with sort of a campground feel about it for Katrina Cottage-size houses? (Maybe Lost Rabbit could have such an area yet - I'm currently building cottages that could be located there.) Greatly reduced size seems to be the only answer if pattern book material and detail requirements are met. |
