MessageEngaging a general contractor or construction manager earlier in the process is a good way to control time in the initial planning phases, as these experts understand permitting and other legal requirements and can ensure all documentation is filed thoroughly and in a timely manner, reducing schedule delays early on.

MessageI was born and raised in Etowah Couny near a place that was called Furnace Hill just outside of Gadsden. Names of people in this area was Harwood, Hooks, Robertson, Leach, Guffey, Packer, and Crim. Furnace Hill (so called) was on Highway 411 going to Centre.

Great job the Society is doing to keep a record of history. Thanks to all of the members all have contributed their time and effort to this organization.

I have resided in Texas for the last 12 years.
