| Message | I was wondering if you'd heard of Doona Castle in Ballycroy, County Mayo, seized by Grainne Mhaol in around the 16th century? I think the story behind it, if you'd care to look it up, is an interesting enough reason to pay it a visit. It's not exactly in great shape but the surroundings are beautiful and it does attract a few people a year. I always found it to be a magical place to explore while I was growing up. I also hoped you could tell me where I might find more information on the Ghost House in Dublin as I'd quite like to know more. I'd love to hear back from you, really enjoyed perusing this site! |
