MessageYou won't know me, but your book was my first when I wanted to learn how to quilt. Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful tradition with me - and all the others who learned from you.
I will pray for you and your family and friends; I wish for you pleasant days and peaceful nights with those you love.
Sincerely

MessageBlessings to you and your family at during these hard times. When you spoke at the Moonlighters Guild in Santa Rosa, CA, I was truly inspired by your quilting. I only regret I was not able to take your work shop.

Message-actually Scotland. I have only (2 wks ago)just found Kathy's book on FMQ in the teachers texts section of a quilt shop in Linlithgow, West Lothian. Reading it was like taking the class as I got so enthused about her fun style to get great effects and enhance a quilt- not scribble over it. This has certainly made a huge impact on me and taken my own style to another level and masively kick started my confidence in my ability to tackle this style of quilting. She impressed as such a 'can do' lady it is so sad to hear of her limiting illness. I have only know of her for two weeks but am so grateful for this book and to have had an insight into her approach to problem solving.
Thank you to Kathy for her generous sharing and my thoughts to you all as you support her now. I hope your venture with the quilts is successful in providing quality care for her now. She deserves it.
Love from Scotland,
Freda Payne.
