| Message | I will spread the word about your Mom's quilts, and keep her in my prayers. We have a very close family friend who's wife is in the same situation, so I really understand the heart ache. If you want to display any of your Mom's quilts for people to view, just contact me and I would be delighted to hang them in my shop. Her work is wonderful, and I have her books for sale here in my store. She opend alot of doors for those of us that thought we couldn't quilt our own quilts. | Message | I HOPE THIS MESSAGE GETS TO KATHY'S FAMILY. I WAS SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR MOTHER. I CAN RELATE MY MOTHER HAS HAD DEMENTIA FOR ABOUT SEVEN YEARS. SHE DOES NOT KNOW ME ANY MORE BUT SEEMS TO BE HAPPY IN HER OWN LITTLE WORLD. I AM A QUILTER FROM CROWN POINT, INDIANA AND A MEMBER OF HERTIAGE QUILTERS. I just taught machine quilting classes for 2 days at a retreat and used your wonderful book, Show Me How To Machine Quilt for the students. I am totally sold on your books for teaching free form quilting and I love your ideas on designs. I hope you can get better soon. |
