MessageHi, Where will you be in Mexico this year? We will most likely be in La Manzanilla for Jan and Feb and Mar. Likely at Boca Beach. Live here in Chapala. We drove our motorhome down from Texas in July, from Pharr Tx. thru Cd. Victoria, San Louis Potosi, Guadalajara, and home. Absolutely no problems, just the usual military checks etc.

MessageHi.
I just found you blog - great stuff. I note with interest that you just left SMA. I gather la Siesta is now closed or so run down it is not worth the visit. Anything new in SMA for RVing? Other that Webber's and the balnearios towards Delores Hildalgo. Keep up the good work.

MessageI'm a US x-pat living in Honduras for now, working for a US contracting company. I just re-loaned my $100 at Kiva. I'm wondering how you feel about the interest rates the loan companies charge the people they loan Kiva money to? I had originally thought that the loans were free to the people, but in reading the Kiva site found out that the interest rates are higher than most US banks charge. The site attempts to make a case for this, but I am torn now. Living here I see a lot of corruption and taking advantage of the working poor, and don't want to add to it. So, I wondered what you think?

MessageThanks for the review of the Crystal Crane Hot Springs. After skimming thru your vitae, and noticing things that I like (KIVA, for one), I know that I'll be back to do some serious reading. My husband and I have a master lease on a plot of sand in San Felipe, BC Mexico, and one day dream of spending winters down there...

MessageI am a Cannuck living in the USA for the last 30+ years. I have read your blog for the last 2 or 3 years and last week bought a 5th wheel to travel. My Aunt lives in Campbell River May Painter is her name and lives down near you at Willow Park. I guess my question is I was checking into a blog and the cost involved and wanted to know how you do it.
We plan to leave in another week and head to Ontario where we are from. Then head west to CR by Aug or mid Sept. We own property more than we want in Seattle area.
Hope you are enjoying your summer and look forward to reading your blog!
Thanks Tim
