| Message | Hi Andy, fellow MMM brother here. I'm a very active and athletic/competitive 39 yr old now living in Newport Beach, CA. Long story short as I'd like to get in touch with you soon if possible, is I had stage 1 (mole) removed with wide excision 14 years ago and 8 months ago was diagnosed MMM w/3 masses, one removed from my bladder to diagnose and the two remaining outside of my right kidney in the soft tissue. I immediately scoured the globe for the best centers and treatments and decided here in LA at the Angeles Clinic. My 1st clinical trial went 6 months w/very good results though now had to stop due to some growth in one met. Knowing it was a 1st line therapy and had my eye on Braf all along, it's now a waiting game for a month to see if the slots open up for the GSK trial, which is why/how I found you online and wanted to see if you would like to talk. | Message | Great news on your recent therapy. I was diagnosed with MM in Dec and have had 2 rounds of IL-2. Going for follow up PET /CT tomorrow along w/ MRI of head. I'll be pulling for you with thoughts and prayers and hope you are truly the pioneer for a cure for this miserable affliction.  |
