MessageBailey was diagnosed with bone cancer last week. This is very difficult for me as Bailey has been my best friend for the last six years. He has been the best companion and words cannot express my feelings for Bailey. I have never considered Bailey a dog but rather my child. I am devastated at the thought of living without him. If only my love could heal him. I am not sure what the future holds for either of us but I am not giving up. We have an appointment in the works with a holistic vet and I pray for a miracle and hopefully God will help us. My heart goes out to each and everyone who has or is dealing with a horrible disease. This is truly devastating and my heart is crushed. When I think of losing Baily I have a pain in my heart and a emptiness in my soul.

MessageBear is an 11 yr old poodle I adopted in Nov, 2010 from our local shelter. He was dx with lymphosarcoma on Mar 26. This guy is a true trooper and does not slow down. We are medicating him with prednisone and watching over him and praying daily for the glands swelling to go down.
