MessageI've just read, with keen interest, your interview with Gerard 't Hooft. I plan to get hold of your book "The Complete Idiot’s Guide to String Theory" soonest possible, with a view to acquaint myself with 'string theory'.

Please do check out my comment at the interview above. I strongly believe that the 'next major advance' in physics would come about when physicists start thinking about "CONTRIBUTORY FACTORS" rather than "CAUSATIVE FACTORS".

There are today available simple modeling tools that can help us handle "CONTRIBUTORY FACTORS" in complex systems, developed by the late John N. Warfield. Developments of these tools now enable anyone, at any level (high-school up) to construct usable and communicable 'representations' of the 'mental models' held on any issue, which are far more productive than that 'prose mode' of communication to which we are confined using conventional means.

MessageDear Mr. Gbeorge Musser,
I am a Romanian journalist, currently working as a freelancer and developing my own media agency.
I made the decision to contact you after I've read your article on scientificamerican.com, about Time on the Brain.
The reason of this message: I constantly try to widen Scientific, Cultural and Technological horizons in my country. For starters, I've developed a website and I work on a few projects yet to emerge. I now intend to leap out from cyberspace into actually establish conferences, focus groups, boost researches in various fields and to bring my contribution into Academic development of individuals and institutions.
My question to you, a well known personality in your field of work, is: how much can I rely on foreign assistance of professionals, researchers and key-speakers in the fields of my interests?
To put it in simpler words: Usually, what kind of resources, notoriety and financial premises I have to have to bring - in a way or another - professionals that can make an impact and literally support and further develop fields like science, culture, Technics and so forth?
Or, presumably, I can achieve success in my endeavor by approaching the matter at hand in the unity for development and collaboration for the great good of the human entity and contribution to the World virtue?
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my message and I am looking forward for your answer.
With esteem,
Bogdan Popovici

MessageHi George,

I'm an associate producer at HuffPost Live (live.huffingtonpost.com) and I put together a segment each week called "Tell Me Why" where we invite a young person between the ages of 8 and 13 to come on the show and talk about something he or she is passionate about, then we get an expert or a professional to answer any questions he or she may have. This week, the segment is Friday at 3:45PM EST.

This week we're joined by a young boy named Nathan who is very interested in string theory and entanglement. We'd love to have you on as a guest!

Here are some examples of past "Tell Me Why" segments we've done:
- Evolution
- Time Travel
- Summer Solstice
- Directions in Space
- Curve Ball

Let me know if you're available and if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
