The speaker in the wiimote is rather crude and can handle only a narrow region of frequencies. Music would sound rather crappy.

Messagehey man, love this program!!! is perfect, couldn't get an IR system to work reliably, specially from another room!!

i do a lot of DJing on my pc mainly using Virtual Dj from Numark. any chance of getting the Wiimote to control this prog?? or any other DJ progs (ableton, traktor etc)

This is the best Winamp/Wiimote control software I have come across. Now if it could just control the tempo via the Winamp Pacemaker plugin it would be perfect. Also being able to assign just the Winamp play button separate from the play/pause combination would be helpful.

The Wiimote can be used just like the mouse - which can be controlled using a variety of techniques.

Or the Wiimote can be used as a controller for the specific programs listed on the BlueTunes web site.

Does this program allow for total control of the PC? Basically make the wii mote act as a mouse input device? Or does the wii mote only work with whatever audio player you choose to use?
