| Message | We also live in Illinois. We would love to talk with people who have gone through the same program we are using. We are currently in the process of submitting our dossier for an adoption through CHI with Colombia. A little dishearted about how long it will all take but what can you do. Just wanted to know how you felt about the program and anything you would do differetly about your journey. Thanks for the support and wonderful blog! |

| Message | Hello, my name is Stephanie Mendoza and me and my husband Joe live in Kankakee, IL and are interested thinking about adoption. We are interested in Columbia but hesitate because of the waiting period, money issue and safety problem their. Especially the last one. Can you please tell me a little bit more about your story and especially more about the travel part. Did you every feel unsafe at any moment when you were their. We are really on the fence about adoption but keep coming back to the idea that we would really love to save a child versus having our own. Thank You so much and I look forward to your response. |
