| Message | We adopted our son from Cali when he was 6 weeks old. Today is his 17th birthday. We would like to take him to visit Cali this year and search for his birthmother and brother. Do you know of any adoptee tours? Do you have any recommendations for a guide/interpreter? Can you recommend any place to stay? Any other advice about travel and safety in Cali? |

| Message | My husband and I are just beginning the adoption process. We have have two sons, but feel that our daughter is missing. It sounds crazy but we feel that she's in Colombia. And so, we're looking for our daughter, whose name, age, and circumstances we don't know. Thank you for sharing your experiences, it helps me feel that we're not the only ones going through this and that no matter how tough it is, or impatient I am, that it will all work out. You have a beautiful family and I wish you luck and much joy. |

| Message | not sure how you guys popped up in my google reader but thought it to be interesting as my sister just adopted 3 little ones from Columbia as well... her site is iwillnotleaveyouasorphans.blogspot.com For all I know you guys could already be friends, she has become a strong advocate for adoption and has come to know and help a lot of people through her experiences.
