| Message | Dear Karl and Julie; Sorry we have not e-mailed before, as I had put aside your blog address. But we have been reading your daily postings, and we lift you up in sincere prayer for your safety, time with the children, and patience with their tantrums - but they are only testing you, and by you showing love after a little correction, they will soon learno just how much they love you. As Angi told the intrepreter that they were glad that you are the Papi and Mami, and they are ready to get on the big plane(what an experience that will be for them. We pray also for your health, the itching & bugs, and wish we could send you some of our cold weather to at least cool you down. Thursday morning we are leaving for 10 days vacation to Texas, but I will have my laptop and will try to log in again; so keep the news coming, and if at all possible, we do want to meet you at the airport. I'm sure you heard that Daniel and Whitney are flying to Guatemala this Saturday and returning next Wednesday with little Ellie. It is too bad that we will not be able to meet them at the airport since we will be gone. GOD BLESS!!!! AND WE LOVE YOU AND CONTINUE OUR PRAYERS FOR 2 + 3 = 5. Bill and Toni |

| Message | Karl and Julie, We haven't seen you in a few years, but hear about you frequently through my mom and dad and most recently through Eric and Beth. We are so thrilled for you! God is so gracious and the children are so blessed to have you two for parents. What a beautiful family!!!! We are in the process of adopting internationally as well with our dossier in Haiti (awaiting referrals) and we are overwhelmed by the heart that our fellow believers have for orphans. I agree when you said it is a privilege to parent these children. What a blessing they will be. We will be praying for your upcoming travels and anxious to hear about your homecoming.
