Regardless, I'm sure it was as moving an experience for you as it was for me. I was hoping to receive a letter from you - even a short one - but time has pretty much run out. I've got a lot of waiting around airports and sitting in planes ahead of me, so I'm taking two books. I hope you were able to pick up some postage stamps for me. | Message | Charlie, Have the books been distributed to all the kids? I have only heard from Nuri and Ana's moms. I wanted to give you phone numbers for Judy and John. Their home phone is 02-671-0964. If you are calling from Jerusalem I think it is just 671-0964. Judy's cell phone is 0545-249-616 John's cell is 506-2424-492 I don't think you need to start with a 0 for him, but I could be wrong. Evie hasn't got her book yet. I think she may get it tomorrow. But unless she tells you where she is, remember not to spoil it. They are looking forward to having you and Judy knows that the pick-up time has been changed to 9:30. Have a good time. Nothing much here. We can't believe you will be home in less than 2 weeks. I went to the beach yesterday at Sandy Point with my friend Barbara. They had jelly fish,but they weren't a big deal until late in the afternoon. However, they were very small and the sting wasn't too bad. I got stung once, but I didn't even realize it until I went to put on more sunscreen. Apparently sunscreen makes them sting considerably more. Adi Kaplan's parents are going to St. Lucia and I am very jealous. You promised to send me at least 1 snailmail letter. Your time is running out. I want to read something about what you are doing and I want to read it before you return. Love Mom |

| Message | Manu Did they let you know that there was a change in the pick up time in Jersalem? Could you please call Anot and let her know of the new pick up time. This is very important as I have no way of contacting her. Is Leon calling everyone that is picking up an MBIer? This is a alittle nerve racking. Is all well? | Message | Hi Zac- By now, you have been to Jerusalem & the Kotel. Pretty awesome, right. Wondering what it was like for you, which you can tell me when next you call. Well, I finally bought the tickets for Folkfest, you'll be glad to know. I also bought tickets for Christian McBride (bassist) at Umass. Tickets are not on sale yet for Dark Star Orchestra, but should be available next week. I could get excellent seats if I stay on it. Thing is, Dark Star is the very next night (Saturday) after the American Beauty Project (various artists recreate and perform songs from Workingman's Dead and American Beauty). So, I'm thinking of just going to see Dark Star and letting the Friday night American Beauty show go, but let me know if you really want to see both shows. Hope we're home next time you call.
