| Message | Served on the Randolph from 1964 to end of 1968 as an ET responsible for satellite navigation, loran, UHF radio and TV station. Great ship, great crew and team mates. Great memories! Look forward to hearing from fellow ET's. |

| Message | movie 'follow the boys', was on first 3 min. opening featured randolph during med. cruise,possibly 1960, prior to cuban missle crisis. sure looked sharp no rust looked like freash paint, way to go side cleaners,bms the best. in 65 we were supposed to go to cannes, but the week before, the shang dumped some black oil on the beach. we were not invited.best wishes to all former randolph crew. |

| Message | Hi, my father Fred Mast, served on the Randolph in the late 50's. I believe he was in an engineering unit working with the ship's engines. He lives in Florida now after raising my sister and I in New York. We're in our 40's. He'll be 79 this year. He still has his Randoo yearbook and whenever I visit we check it out. He always fondly remembered the soccer team and all the places he visited in the med. Also has some great stories and opinions of some of those places. "How was Venice Dad? It smelled really bad!" I've gave him info on the ship from the internet, and if any of you knew him, please email me and I'll get you reconnected. Thanks for your service. |
