MessageMy father, James Theodore Dobric, rode out Hurricane Hazel aboard the U.S.S. Randolph in October of 1954, yet (by a month) 17 years of age. He passed away in Medina, Ohio on Halloween of 2008. He is survived by myself, an only child, and his wife whom he knew since kindergarten, but didn't finally make honest until May of 1965.

MessageI was on the Randolph from 1958-1961. I was assigned to to forward engine room. Had a good time on the ship and had some really good buddies.Haven't been able to contact anyone from the M-Division since leaving the Navy.

MessageServed in VS26 aboard The USS RANDOLPH from 1960 to 1962. My first cruise was up the St.Lawrence River to Quebec City, Canada. I loved going to sea.I was 18 yrs.old and every day was an adventure.
