| Message | Copy of Letter to PM of India Where our country is heading for? Whether atmosphere in our country is conductive for a candid, upright person? It is the duty of persons in high chairs to induce such atmosphere in which upright person could breath freely. A message should be given by top level that candid & upright persons would be protected, admired in our Country. There are examples but there must be a few more examples. Whether such massage came in case of IAS officer M.N. Vijaykumar of Karnataka Cadre, who has been transferred on six occasions in six month for his honesty & integrity? Whether a massage from legislature that legislature needs a President who could understand their political compulsions & a person with political background a good one? We are not against any individual but think we are also part of problem but want to be part of solution. Persons in Indian Civil Services are best stuff of Country, what the atmosphere of our Country has made them idle & they frighten to take any major good decision without a political nod. We are not cynical about the intentions of the politicians, they have there own limitations but we believe that they have more obligations than a layman. We are also aware about the excellent efforts made by Government in recent past for the amelioration of our beloved Country India & expect more initiatives from good people those are now commanding our Country. His reply was this is the fate of human being so we must suffer that. Then I used to watch films like patriotism so i was waiting for that such time and the supportive pleople like you. I think it has to be mendatory to declare their Assets for IAS, IPS cader officers before joining and should be repeated every 2 or 5 years as polititians do before submitting election form. You Madam, you have have shown how RTI could be used to hit corruption at its root. This is a tremendous job. Many only try to address the effects without addressing the root causes.
